Elessar is an AI-powered health platform that combines continuous monitoring and personalized guidance across areas including fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, with a focus on neurological health, together with support from licensed clinicians who review insights, approve care plans, manage prescriptions, and make referrals. Guidance and care coordination are delivered through messaging interfaces including SMS, iMessage, and the web.

Important: Elessar is a technology and care-coordination platform operated by the Company. The Company provides software and administrative support services and does not practice medicine. Clinical services are provided by licensed clinicians affiliated with an affiliated professional practice (the “Medical Group”), who exercise independent professional judgment in all clinical matters.
AI-generated insights, suggestions, and educational content are informational and, on their own, are not medical advice. Any diagnosis, care plan, prescription, or referral is made by a licensed clinician of the Medical Group based on the information available through the Service.
Elessar supports and coordinates your care between visits; it does not replace your primary care provider, your specialists, or in-person evaluation and treatment. Please continue to involve your own healthcare providers in major health decisions.
Elessar is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not use the Service to request emergency help.
Neither the Company nor the Medical Group guarantees specific health outcomes.
We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Membership is offered on a direct-pay basis. Current plans are Core ($149/mo) and Pro ($249/mo), and are HSA/FSA eligible. Payment is required in advance and billing occurs monthly. Future pricing changes will be communicated to users with at least 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action of contract or tort, arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time through the Service's deletion commands. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
